If Ella Had an iPod

These would be on her playlist:

The top song of her four, almost five years (mostly beause it's been out the longest of all of her faves) is also one of my faves. I can't help but crank this up and beat on the steering wheel. We both look like fools when this comes on!

Free And Easy (Down The Road I Go) - Dierks Bentley

And then I'm a little ashamed to admit that she absolutely loves this one. Her parents, not so much.

International Harvester - Craig Morgan

Oooh, I really, really like this one though! So does she, so that's good, but there's just something alternately funny and disturbing about hearing her loudly sing 'cold beer on a Friday niiiight!'

Chicken Fried - Zac Brown Band

But as of late, this song sparks the request to turn it up.

Johnny and June

And then this one, which I think shows all kinds of class and intelligence. It's George, people! Obviously she's got her mama's taste!

01.Troubadour - George Strait

that child needs some culture. I didn't see any Merle Haggard or other classic songs, but I guess a song at least about Johnny and June kind of counts. she needs to spend a week with me and then you might have to update that playlist.
