I went looking around for something to tickle the brain with and here is what I came up with.
It's another quiz, but this time it's all about the math. Eighth grade math. Can you pass? (I know, I know, I'm such a nerd.)
It has been a while since I was in 8th grade but I still scored an 8/10. I won't talk trash, yet, because I know there are some pretty smart cookies who read my blog! (I am very interested to see what my 88 year old Grandaddy scores... It's been quite a while since 8th grade for him but he's one of the smart cookies I was talking about!)

I hate math! more than I hate spelling. I'm stupid and I made stupid mistakes. those are my exscuses and I'm sticking to them. I only got 6/10. ouch. I know I said this on the last quiz, too, but there really were 2 that I was on the right track, but just didn't finish what the question asked for. But there were a few, I just could not remember how you find the surface are or longest side of a triangle, etc. I should have waited until I finished work and could focus, because now I'm going to feel stupid for a while.
I got 10/10, but I'm not at work. I'm at home and I just got done doing math by paying bills and such, so my brain was already in the "mood." Also, I only got 6/10 on the spelling test - and I used to think I was a good speller! Of course, my excuse is that I'd never heard of like three of the words and I've always admitted that my vocabulary is the pits.
This is your idea of a good time??? Good grief!
Well I ties Megan with an 8/10. I got her Uncle Randall to take the test. He should have had a 10/10 but made a silly mistake and accidentally used the wrong number for division. I actually enjoy the tests...especially since they don't mean anything except to me.
