Football

We went to our first K-State game Saturday!

We stumbled into some free tickets and jumped on it! We had thought about leaving E at home but decided that she would enjoy it. Boy, did she ever! My little girl is a football FAN. She learned all of the K-State cheers and entertained all of the people around us. (Don't worry, UGA fans! For every KSU cheer Ella knows two UGA!)

K-State's stadium is small compared to Sanford so even though our tickets were considered nosebleeds, they really weren't.

See how close we live to the stadium?!

"Go Cats!"

One of the things that the K-State fans do is after the announcer says "Good for a K-State..." and everyone yells "First down" or "Touchdown" and do the appropriate hand signals. Ella picked up on the hand signals and was having fun doing them. We thought it was pretty funny so David taught her some other ones. (We just know that Aunt Jamie and Grandaddy are going to be so proud!)

Since the videos went over well last week, I decided to get one of her doing the signals. I wasn't thinking and turned the camera sideways to shoot and now I don't know how to flip it. It's only 30 seconds so you shouldn't get too bad of a neck cramp! Notice the red socks. She was quite proud of those. Picked 'em out herself because they matched her shirt. Also, I apologize for my loud mouth. I must have been right over the microphone. Sheesh.

Sideways, loud mouth, red sock football hand signal video
