Place Your Bets!

Marisa is getting ready to have Baby AWE any day now, so I'm opening the tables for bets:

When will he come?

What will be his weight and length?

How long will labor last?

Will Marisa have a C-section?

How many times will she cry within the first 24 hours of his arrival?

And finally.... What do the A and W stand for in AWE?

I say Thurs. 8/21 (so Rusty will be home) at 7:42PM
7#11oz, 21inches long
14hr labor with natural delivery (and unbelievable epidural!)

countless, but real emotional cries (not just tearing up or crying from pain). . .3

Andrew Wilson?

Anthony? Allen? Adam? Alexander?

Woodroe? Wyatt? (Great name, BTW)
Wilber? Wilburn? Whit? Wilcox?

Just to be official:

Friday, Aug. 22nd

8 lbs, 10 oz and 20.5 inches

6 hours

I hope not!

Cry at least 5 times. At least.

A: Augustus (since Rusty's a big golfer and all) W: William

Wait, I don't have enough info! Is she dilated? When is the due date? Why did you need a c/s, Megs?

Okay, just a guess:
8/20, 7 lbs 2 oz,19 1/2 inches long, 9 hours of labor, no c-section, Marisa will cry the first time she holds the baby, then once she gets home.
A.W.E.: Aiden Wesley Estes???

I'm sorry to leave everyone in the dark!

She is due 8/23, was not dilated as of Friday, 8/15 and I had a C because Ella was upside down! Last I heard baby AWE has followed instructions and is head down.

August 21 sounds like a good day since it's a special day...15 yrs and 2 great kids later.

Been pondering Aiden William for awhile. Adam is also a great name. We choose that for our son since he was our first.

Sunday, August 24, 2:30 PM. after an 8-hour labor.
No C-Section...
7 lbs, 3 oz.
Andy Williams (KIDDING)...
Alexander Willam.
And Marisa will cry 3 times. Approximately.

Good luck!

I know Marisa, and she will cry more time than Carter has liver pills. All different kinds of crying! Pain, excited, stunned when she holds him, when anyone else crys (including me), you name it, the water works will start!
Ya'll can stop guessing the W. It is William. The A though, is a bit tougher. She's not budging on that one. Hang in there until Aug 30, Sissy! I know you can! He'll probably be close to 7 lbs, 8 oz, and 20 inches long.

Ok, so guess I missed the boat. . are we at least in labor yet, to hit your date, Megs? Pen's is sounding like a good guess at the moment. I was trying not to be cruel and have her go past the due date, but oh well.
